Although you have to climb some stairs on the hillside, it is in the center of the town and convenient to go anywhere. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. Recommended for solo travelers. The scenery is also good.

Atendimento excelente o único ponto de atenção foi que o quarto privado que reservei não tinha Tv, não me atentei na hora da reserva porque geralmente os quartos possuem Tv, no mais tudo ok. Localização ótima com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Café da manhã continental (simples, mas gostoso!).

The simple, clean room had a trash can, stove and plugs, the wifi worked well. The view from the room and the hostel in general is spectacular. It has a very nice terrace and a simple but complete breakfast. The kitchen is also complete, it has a microwave and electric oven. You can enter and exit 24 hours a day. It is located one block from the avenue where the 20 bus passes that takes you to most of the tourist spots, it is 7 blocks from the bus stop that takes you to the Bariloche airport. 2 blocks from the beach and the Civic Center.

The hotel is very simple but comfortable. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. It has a privileged location and has a kitchen in the lobby so if you are looking to save it is a very good option.

They scammed us! The photos that we have on the web totally differ from reality. The attention is terrible. We booked a double room and they gave us a bunk bed. Water pipes passed through the room, the smell of gas forced us to sleep with the window open, and nothing was ever solved by the hotel. We had to leave a day early because of how disastrous everything was. We asked for our money back and they never gave us an answer!!! Never go...there are better options for that price in Bariloche! Don't ruin your vacation!

Unbeatable view. The proximity to the center is also good, but the streets are very steep, if what you choose is to walk and you are not in moderately good physical condition, it is not the best option. The place itself is nice and comfortable, but I think they could improve the cleanliness of the exterior and the details of the walls such as patches in the door frames or spaces for bathroom fixtures or missing ceramics (it's a detail, "spinning fine" but it does not change the comfort at all), the room was kept impeccable the 4 nights I stayed. The breakfast was also good, with an unbeatable view of the lake as well as the terrace (super comfortable and accessible). The reception staff were very attentive, friendly and clear when commenting on the conditions of the hostel. Would go again.
