Clean friendly professional hotel in downtown Bariloche! Appreciated its proximity to downtown restaurants and night life. The rooms are small but has the amenities you need. Would appreciate a larger desk for work but it was sufficient. Rooms have a large fan, safe, and bathroom is complete with a bidet. Staff is friendly and breakfast is a decent start to the day! Not close to the water if you are looking for views of the lake. Appreciated the stay as a 1st timer to the town!

We stayed here one night, the rooms could use a renovation, very old carpet and the smallest shower we have seen in Argentina. The free breakfast is the usual fair, but in a bright cheery room. What sets this place apart is the location. Off the touristy area and right around the corner from the craft breweries, and still only 3 blocks from the lake. For 1 night it was fine.

Hotel "Carlos V" is a perfect place to stay in Bariloche. I have stayed there for 4 nights during my trip to Argentina. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff (Diego) was amazing. Great attitude, Helpful and always available for my questions and concerns. He went over and beyond to help make my stay in Bariloche enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bariloche. All the best for Carlos V and Diego and hope to see you again in the future!

Hotel muito bom e com ótima localização em Bariloche. Se a sua preocupação é, apenas ter uma boa cama para dormir, quartos limpos e um café da manhã para tomar cedo e passar o dia fora, esse é o lugar ideal. Equipe muito educada e atenciosa. O atendimento da Pamela é maravilhoso. Localizado a duas quadras do começo da Rua Mitre e do Centro Cívico. Próximo de ótimos restaurantes, cervejarias, supermercado e de um posto para saque de dinheiro da Western Union. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Obrigado a toda equipe.

Me quedé en este hotel por trabajo. Me gustó que la habitación estaba bien calentita, la cama cómoda y el wifi funcionaba bien. Está muy bien ubicado, frente a Manush. El baño limpio y el agua de la ducha caliente y con buena presión. Solo le agregaría una heladerita a la habitación.

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Super bem localizado,da pra ir caminhando para rua mitre uma das principais de Bariloche. A rua dele sai em frente ao lago nahuel huapi. Na esquina dele tem vários barzinhos,restaurantes e boates(para quem gosta). Local seguro eu super recomendo.

Hotel é sem dúvida o pior que ja me hospedei, quarto minúsculo, não dá para abrir uma mala, banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro horrivel mais parece um cano saindo aguas. O café é muito, mais muito simples e não muda nunca. O pior é o sistema de aquecimento, é o.mesmo para todos os apartamentos, não existe regulagem, a noite tivemos que abrir a janela, a temperatura chegou a 34 graus,estava insuportável. Dormimos com o barulho da rua, caso contrário ia passar mal. Pedi pra fazer um ovo no café e eles não tinham. Sem dúvida a pior experiência que ja tive em hotelaria.
