Los colchones de las camas están rotos, enchufes al descubierto en mal estado con peligro de sufrir un golpe de corriente, sobre todo si vas con nenes, el aire acondicionado en mal estado NO funciona y peor aún cuando llegamos había una gotera en el baño, estuvimos 5 días y fueron capaces de arreglarla, un desastre el Hotel, no lo recomiendo, no nos fuimos por que habíamos pagado por adelantado.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones súper cómodas, muy buena ubicación cercana al Centro Cívico y del lago N. Huapi, facilitando la dinámica de la estadía. Excelente servicio de comidas para todos en general, comunes , veganos, celíacos

No lo reserven en el hotel roban y no se hacen responsables, me estuvieron esperando 2 horas en la recepción para una solución y lo único que me entregaron fue un ticket para canjear 1/2 kg de chocolate, la gerencia del hotel no da respuestas te responsabilizan del hecho siendo que las habitaciones quedan cerradas, otro punto a considerar es que las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad, porque no tienen ventilación, los colchones en mal estado duermes con el resorte pegado en la espalda, no tiene estacionamiento debes buscar en la calzada o estacionamiento privado. Mala experiencia no lo reserven

Excelente la atención, connie nos ayudo con el check in, la gente del hotel muy amable y predispuesta. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, si venís en verano pedir ventilador. excelente ubicación, en la esquina para el 20 que es el que te lleva a todos lados.

Nos vendieron un paquete por sobretodo con buena seguridad y terminamos defraudándonos por varios robos consecutivos ocurridos dentro de la habitación, los que no fueron resueltos y peor aún asegurando que el robo se produjo entre los mismos que durmieron en la habitación. La mucama es la única sospechosa y no nos permitieron ver las cámaras de seguridad además. Decepcionante.
