The property was on a very busy street, this did not reflect on the website prior to booking. The view is of other highrise buildings across the street, so not the view and privacy expected.

What I liked: manager was helpful, responsive, and flexible. Spacious room. Centrally located.
What I hated: partiers above us. Can hear all furniture moving above. No towel racks. Kitchen faucet loose. Very hot but can't open windows or even shades because at street level and pedestrians can look into your room. YOU WILL HAVE NO VIEW again because at street level. Bathroom exhaust vent broken so the place smelled like poo. Not enough TP. No hangers. Stuffy yet loud since the door has open air gaps and is right by the main, separate entrance to the rest of the building. Bedside lamp just a glaring bare bulb.
Overall impression: I'm glad the place made me eager to go outside.

NO TE INCLUYE PAPEL DEL BAÑO
Los departamentos están muy bien, a unas pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad y con una vista espectacular al Lago, solo un poco ruidoso por otros huéspedes que llegaron tarde y todo lo de otros departamentos se escucha, el acceso fue algo complicado ya que no nos respondían en whatsapp para pasarnos los códigos de acceso. Como cosa muy desagradable es que se supone que es un aparta hotel y NO TE DAN PAPEL DEL BAÑO!! Cosa que se me hace muy mal, porque te cobran cada noche que te hospedas, además no te incluye el servicio de limpieza, en si, no es un servicio de hotel

Apartamento moderno e confortável
O apartamento é bem localizado e bem moderno. A roupa de cama é muito boa e macia, assim como a cama. Em geral, há uma boa estrutura, é confortável e bem bonito. Os pontos negativos são: o cofre sem funcionar, o box que é semi-aberto, fazendo com que cada banho deixasse o banheiro todo molhado, um rolo de papel para 5 dias de hospedagem para um casal (papel muito fino, o que faz gastar mais) e a limpeza do chão, que estava bem empoeirado. A comunicação com o dono foi mais difícil, tive que acionar a plataforma. Entretanto, uma vez com a comunicação estabelecida, deu tudo certo. É importante frisar que não há elevadores nem ar condicionado nos quartos (o que é dispensável, visto que a cidade faz frio durante a noite, mesmo no verão).

El apartamento es como las fotos, muy cómodo y la atención siempre fue rápida. Muy cerca a todo, vas caminando al centro cívico.
Para mejorar, la mampara del baño se queda chica y se moja cada vez que te duchas.
Cambio de toallas al menos cada 3 días.

La ubicación del departamento es buena por la vista al lago que tiene, sin embargo, para llegar caminando al lugar, es un poco cansado porque tiene una calle con una subida que si vas con personas mayores deben de tener buena condición fisica.
Los números en esa calle no son fáciles de identificar o visibles, recomiendo se guíen por la fachada del lugar y no tanto por el número.
