I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this hotel. I booked a room over 6 months ago through ******* for a family trip, receiving confirmation directly from both ******* and the hotel. I carefully prepared for the trip, packed my family, and drove hours to the hotel, excited to begin our vacation. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk claimed she had no record of my booking, despite my multiple confirmations. She was completely indifferent and unhelpful, and after calling *******, the situation didn’t improve. We later learned the hotel had double-booked the entire property, meaning if someone else got to your room first, you were out of luck. As a result, my family, along with 20+ other people, was stranded in an unfamiliar city with no place to stay. The front desk clerk refused to take any responsibility, saying it wasn’t her fault or problem. Fortunately, we found one last room at a nearby hotel for nearly four times the original price, but this was a nightmare situation that could’ve been avoided. This hotel not only failed to deliver on its promises, but the customer service was horrendous. I did everything right as a consumer, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
