PERSONALE DISONESTO (LEGGI LA VICENDA QUI SOTTO) Avendo soggiornato qui alcune notti mentre stavo assumendo un farmaco importante, ho riposto il mio medicinale nel frigo-bar della mia stanza per mantenerlo alla corretta temperatura. Al rientro nella mia stanza dopo tutta la giornata il frigorifero è stato staccato e il mio farmaco era caldo e non più assumibile. Chiedo spiegazioni alla receptionist la quale mi dice che la donna delle pulizie per distrazione/errore potrebbe aver staccato il frigo-bar. Ovviamente sono molto arrabbiato, i miei farmaci costavano 400 euro e non si possono riordinare in breve tempo. L'hotel attiva la procedura di rimborso tramite l'assicurazione. Dopo 5 mesi l'assicurazione nega il risarcimento, sebbene sarebbe bastata una dichiarazione di colpa da parte dell'hotel per riavere i miei soldi; la richiedo quindi all'hotel e la direttrice mi risponde che i medicinali protrei anche averli danneggiati da solo apposta e che quindi se ne fregano!!! Grazie, gentilissimi!!! evitate questi posti sono tutto l'opposto di strutture che tengono al benessere dei propri clienti!!!

Great stay overall. Rooms clean and comfortable, helpful staff, convenient and easy private beach, right on the boardwalk and close to restaurants. Private parking offered and beach chairs. Lovely atmosphere, very family-oriented.

Because we were outside the peak season, the place proved delightful with a grandiose Villa and beautiful orange trees-filled park. Much recommended if one has the leisure to select a period without the crowds!

Structure very accurate; the villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept park and just a few steps from the beach; however, reserved sunbeds are subject to a fee.
The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, buffet style, even if due to covid it is served by the very kind staff.
In the room, however, there is a lack of a mini bar, which is important during the summer.
We only stayed one night, but we had a really good time, and we thank all the staff.

Allora di per sé il posto è molto bello , immerso nel verde, con sala giochi x bambini, certo si fa pagare profumatamente x tutti i servizi diciamo opzionali tipo parcheggio etc. La camera bella grande e anche il bagno. Un giorno hanno avuto un guasto all ascensore e vabbe dici ci sta, pazienza. Il giorno dopo guasto al riscaldamento, senza avvisare i clienti..lo scopro solo dopo lamentele. Dicono che provano a sistemare x la sera ma ho passato una notte davvero a congelare...ora, se uno deve pagare, in vacanza, x congelare e non dormire x il freddo anche no!!!! Ho cenato li con la famiglia e il servizio in sala molto lento e disorganizzato, hanno 4 pietanze in croce tra cui scegliere e la qualità senza infamia e senza lode. Servizio in reception molto formale e freddo.
