Camere pulite, cortesia e buon cibo. Staff molto educato, gentile, sempre disponibile e che lavora con il sorriso. Abbiamo soggiornato tramite Smartbox, e a differenza di altri hotel convenzionati ci hanno fornito da subito tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono dimostrati disponibili dal primo momento.

Ho pernottato all’hotel monti per 5 notti con il mio ragazzo. Tutto molto piacevole. Una perfetta accoglienza, coccolati come a casa. Camere nuove e confortevoli. Nel momento del check in abbiamo optato per la camera con il balcone, che consiglio assolutamente perché il paesaggio intorno è splendido. Cucina tipica molto buona con un attenzione in più per tutte le esigenze. Anche la colazione a buffet impeccabile anche con opzioni gluten free. Servizio parcheggio privato fondamentale. Torneremo.

Pernottamento di 4 notti con la mia ragazza, ci siamo trovato molto bene, cibo ottimo e di ottima qualità. Una sera abbiamo prenotato la bistecca una delle migliori fiorentine della mia vita. Le camere molto belle e accoglienti, consiglio il balcone perché il paesaggio è splendido. Daiana è veramente molto gentile e la location è perfetta. Lo consiglio. Torneremo sicuramente

Esperienza profondamente negativa. Personale incompetente, arrogante e per nulla disponibile, inusuale in un contesto come quello toscano che si contraddistingue per ospitalità e cordialità. Sono rimasto veramente deluso. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Esperienza prenotata con Smartbox, sinceramente leggendo recensioni delle persone che hanno fatto esperienza con Smartbox( non in questo hotel ) , mi aspettavo il peggio , di essere trattata diversamente, ecc. Invece grazie a questo posto meraviglioso e personale veramente cortese e gentile è stata una favola , peccato per il tempo. Stanze pulite , cene al ristorante deliziose , colazioni buone , mi è piaciuto molto .

Da Monticello Brianza con 40 alunni, l'hotel Monti ha soddisfatto le esigenze di ciascuno di noi in modo impeccabile. Punti di forza il panorama, l'aria frizzante, i balconcini e la gentilezza. Anche gli ospiti pressoché tutti stranieri sono stati cordiali e gentili.

Abbiamo usufruito di uno Smartbox presso questa struttura. Avevamo una camera family che è molto spaziosa. Nell'hotel c'è una piscina che però noi non abbiamo utilizzato perché abbiamo visitato i dintorni. La colazione a buffet è ottima e abbondante sia per la componente dolce che per la componente salata. Il buffet è continuamente rifornito dall'efficiente personale. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. C'è anche un ristorante dove poter consumare la cena, ma noi non ne abbiamo approfittato. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la doccia è un po' piccola, ma è un difetto del tutto trascurabile.

Ottima accoglienza dei proprietari, camera familiare spaziosa e spazi curati. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ed è un buon punto di partenza per gite giornaliere nei dintorni. Consigliatissima la mezza pensione perché si mangia davvero benissimo!!!

Buon hotel con buon ristorante.Personale cordiale e affidabile.Stanza pulitissima ma forse un'po' piccola.Cmq nel complesso buono e da consigliare!Noi siamo andati con un cofanetto Smartbox che forse non copre bene i costi per la gestione.
