SpringHill Suites San Antonio Alamo Plaza/Convention Center

San Antonio City Center
Our hotel stay was just okay. Decent location - walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Ask for an odd numbered room - the even numbers face a nightclub, which is extremely loud late at night (we stayed over a weekend). Our first night there, we had to request a new room at midnight due to the noise, as we couldn't sleep due to the music at the dance club. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent - my kids enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. The hotel seemed old and somewhat dirty - our room had stains on the walls and bathroom and surfaces were dusty. The hot tub was broken during our stay - my kids had hoped to use it. This hotel seemed to be on the edge of maybe not the safest area of the city but very close to all the big hotels, restaurants and mall on the riverwalk. Next time, I'd choose a different hotel in San Antonio.
SpringHill Suites San Antonio Airport

North San Antonio - SAT
This property is exempt close to the airport and is very helpful for business travel flying in to SAT. The WiFi is strong and stable and the desk allows for maximum productivity. I had a late flight and checked in after hours and Blanca took the time to greet me warmly and acknowledge me as an Elite member. The little details matter and this clean and safe property knocks it out the park!
SpringHill Suites San Antonio SeaWorld®/Lackland

West San Antonio
This is at least my 3rd or 4th trip to San Antonio but my first stay outside of the downtown area. The location was selected to be near a work site. The hotel is typical of the Marriott chain with average offerings. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is struggling to have adequate housekeeping staff as my room wasn't cleaned until mid to late afternoon each day of a three night visit. Interviews of at least one prospective employee went on in the lobby while I was there. Having said that, my room was cleaned each day without exception. The area is difficult to get around and seems to be chopped up with an elevated highway and ramps nearby. It was hard to get to a Walmart behind the hotel without some serious navigation. All on all, a solid place without being exceptional.
SpringHill Suites San Antonio Medical Center/Northwest
4.2/5101 Reviews
Northwest San Antonio
Great location with easy access to a variety of medical clinics nearby. Check In was friendly, and easy, and early! Nice staff! Our room is large, and the layout is very nice. The bed and linens are fine. Things less favorable include: very low toilet (15”?), no clock radio (clock is on the microwave), Wi-Fi very slow, per speed test, (9 mps for both upload and download speeds), no lotion (we carry an extra little bar since we haven’t yet converted to the large bottles attached to the shower wall), and finally, the desk chair is in very poor condition, and is more like a rocking chair! Again, the staff was great, and the room was clean and spacious.

San Antonio City Center
I booked this hotel based on the location and that it was a Marriott brand. The lobby was welcoming, but the $28 a night parking fee was a disappointment …. The lot across the street was $10 per 24/hours. Our room was comfortable in size, but we were dissatisfied with the towels and bed sheets. Both were thin and well worn. I’m a bit miffed at not having the room cleaned every day. We stayed three nights, with room cleaning the second day. The only cleaning they did was switching out the towels and replacing the empty tissue box. Beds were not changed or even made.
SpringHill Suites San Antonio Northwest at the Rim
