Everyone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!

Good room good receptionist I did request a first floor and went there quite late but they still got me what I requested.

The hotel is friendly and home-alike. I love the breakfast there.

We were there three nights and the staff was great The location was perfect and the amenities were good.

We were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!

Perfect what we wanted. The hotel was close to Sea World and there were serval place to eat walking distance. Would definitely book again. The staff was also friendly and informative.

Love it nice and clean had enough space

I had booked five days, for atmospheric weather problems AA delayed me one day all the trip, but this hotel refused to delay the booking for what I had to pay another day. Except for a quite afro receptionist, the rest of the receptionists were major. The hotel is very good for the whole day, but it doesn't come in every day to clean. They say they have shave and after shave shave foam but it's a lie. If it wasn't for the money they collected me, I might repeat it.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part but 2nd night the floor above us was loud til midnight. I called to complain at 1030pm but the stomping didn't stop til midnight. The front desk staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to care much about our complaint. Was convenient to be close to the parks but won't spend this much money again for a mediocre experience.
