Parking is very convenient. There is a food plaza nearby with a lot of food. The breakfast is okay. The room is clean and the price is cheap. Everything is good. A bit far from the city center, but okay

Convenient for construction workers, not for family stay, we did not get our room cleaned, had to go get my towels changed at the front desk. Being generous with 3 star rating, not a personnel issue more like ownership

Found someone else's shoes left behind at the edge of the bed. Sheets on one of the beds had not been completely put on the bed.

I'm very disappointed with this hotel and our time there. We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights,10/12/23-10/15/23 . The pictures were definitely much nicer than the actual room. The room was noisy and there was constant trains passing by. Trains can be heard all hours of the day and night. Worst of all, my father-in-law was bitten by BEDBUGS. We did notify staff, who was nice enough to listen and report it to the owners but did not provide a refund. We even showed him and emailed him the pictures of my father-in-law's bite marks on his stomach. Worker said the owner had to approve it, and so far we have not heard anything about it. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, nor will we ever stay at another Quality Inn again. Lesson learned, stay away from this bug infested dirty hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, there’s options of waffles, sausages, eggs, desserts, apple juice, orange juice, water, coffee and other breakfast cereals. The customer service was phenomenal and everyone was super kind to us. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel does not look anything like the pictures.Internet was down phones were down restroom had black mold the sheets had stains.They offered me a refund but since the phones are down ********** pretty much gave up on trying to get a hold of them after 2 days of calling.
