Always wanted to stay here. The place is everything I imagined. The entire property is so unique and they did a fantastic job keeping so many of the original brewery antiques. The bar area is a must see. The food at Supper was a great as the service. The rooms are very upscale, but with a rustic flair. Room are a bit pricey, but well worth the cost!

My wife and I had never been to San Antonio and this was an easy flight from St. Louis. So glad we chose the Hotel Emma. A very unique property with outstanding service and staff. Although about 1.5 miles north of the primary Riverwalk area, it is an easy Uber ride. The Pearl district where the Hotel Emma is located has lots of restaurants, some shops, and an upscale grocery store (Pullman Market). Really a fun vibe and located right on the Riverwalk, which offers lots of great walking. This is not an inexpensive hotel but I thought the price was well worth it. Would definitely return!

Excellent hotel, reminiscent of hotels of old, with service, quality and individual attention like you seldom see any more. Rooms, beds, food, location all excellent. Also very interesting decor with original brewery equipment incorporated into the hotel.

Hotel Emma is outstanding in every way. Super comfortable and well appointed rooms, beautiful and chic common areas, very friendly and helpful staff. And the Pearl is one of the nicest urban developments anywhere, with its proximity to the Riverwalk and its shops, restaurants and galleries. Can’t wait to return!

Location is great but Hotel left a lot to be desired, especially with all the reviews and gifted awards. Kimpton and St Anthony might be better options. I check in was not provided with information on any of the amenities. Had to call several times for services and waited longer than the times they stated it would take.

You cannot have a better hotel, staff and experience than Hotel Emma! Just go and stay as long as you can. The hotel, staff and experience in The Pearl is a 10 out of 10! Excellent area with fun experiences for all. Food, music, shopping, out markets - truly a unique place to stay.

Hotel and atmosphere is very nice. Pillows in our room were flat. Air conditioning system does not keep up. We got hot in the room over night. Second time we have stayed at Emma, and we had the same experience. Room service for ordering/receiving coffee and tea takes a long time. In room self-serve is much more convenient. A little over priced for what you get.

This hotel is visually stunning. I only spend this much money on a hotel on very rare occasions, but for one of those rare occasions (birthday present for my wife), I'm glad this was the hotel I chose. The whole aesthetic appealed to us. The guest rooms were amazing. High quality everything! I've lived in Texas my entire life and visited San Antonio more times than I can count. This place is like nothing I've ever seen in Texas.

I recently stayed at Hotel Emma in San Antonio and was thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail was unmatched, and the beautifully tiled bathrooms were probably my favorite part. Their commitment to sustainability stood out with recyclable and aluminum water bottles, in-room recycling, and other eco-friendly touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. The decor throughout the hotel was beautifully curated, creating an inviting atmosphere. The bar was absolutely gorgeous, offering both a stunning visual experience and expertly crafted drinks. Highly recommend for those who appreciate thoughtful details and a sustainable, luxurious stay!
