I’m pretty tough on hotel reviews. Two things, one, it was loud in our room when the AC (or whatever it was) came on a few times during the night. Secondly, the pillows were just too soft for my liking. That said, it wasn’t that loud, and I slept like a 3 year old after 5 hrs at the park. The bed was perfect, the sheets were excellent, the room service was phenomenal, and checking in and out was a breeze. I recommend the Supper restaurant, and the hotel bar was reminiscent of The Continental in the John Wick series, but better. It truly was the most relaxing place I have been too, and I have traveled the world.

Their events team is exceptional. We had such a great time working with them in organizing our annual advisor meeting. From event staff, to valet, front desk and concierge everyone was so friendly and willing to assist! We received excellent feedback from the attendees of our event on the exceptional service and atmosphere of Hotel Emma.

The Hotel Emma is so unique! Truly one of a kind! The details in the decor are impeccable. The food at our conference was absolutely the best that I have had at an event. And, the service was above & beyond! I highly recommend grabbing a drink in the library if you go.

The room and customer service were hands down the best we have ever had. The hotel is perfection and they have the whole experience down to a perfect science. Worth every moment and penny. Cannot recommend the balcony room more. The bed, the waterfall shower, the fireplace, the people, perfection.

Ian(or Liam) was great. Could not have asked for a more polite and pleasant experience. Arriving and leaving was smooth and easy. Great staff. Keep up the great hiring and work. Could not ask for more. Must say it is a bit irritating that I keep getting a message that review needs to be 200 characters or more!

This was an amazing experience from the facilities to the staff. I highly recommend to anyone interested in art, architecture, industry, history, or indulgence. Our stay was quite memorable from the minute we reached our destination to the minute we left.

Hotel Emma is such a beautiful and historic experience. It's amazing how they turned this old factory into such a comfortable and beautiful hotel. The bed was so comfortable, and it didn't make me miss my own bed. The staff was extremely friendly and offered assistance every time we walked past someone on the staff. My husband accidentally left his beloved box fan at home, and they quickly provided a substitute fan for him. We were thrilled how they accommodated our unusual request
