Great location, great service, clean rooms and an awesome bar! What Elise do you want ? Great food? They have that here as well!

It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot.
Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee.
I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case.
When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot.
There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk.
As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash.
There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ
You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅

Great hotel. Went there to spend some time with the family and had a great time. The hotel was clean and it had direct access to the riverwalk.

Requested the birthday items to be in my room and was told that the hotel would take care of it. When i arrived to the hotel room, items were not there and kind of ruined that celebration.

I came here for a birthday trip to go to Nostalgia Con and it was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. Definitely made my 31st birthday celebration amazing. The staff is so nice but there was one woman in the coffee shop that always had a bit of an attitude but other than that the stay was amazing!

Stayed for convention. Hotel is very nice. Clean, attentive staff, good gym and pool. Convenient to Riverwalk and convention center.
