We booked a premium river view double room with a balcony, but found out that the room type we were given was an ordinary superior double room, and the cost was different. I was too lazy to change and didn't look for the front desk again. The room is small but the hotel environment is very good. It is found that the rooms booked by Ctrip are generally not as good as those booked directly by the hotel or other platforms.

The receptionists and valet staff were very kind, we were welcomed with goodie bags for our girls and ice cream pops which they loved. The lobby was very clean as well surrounding areas, I have never allowed our daughters to go into hotel pool but this time I we decided to go for a swim the day we got there everything was fine it wasn’t until the next day that we got into the pool and it seemed to not had been cleaned up water seemed filthy. That night our youngest started getting a rash by her leg/feet but I was unsure if it was ant bites a day later my oldest and myself started to get the same rash same area which now I’m sure it’s because of the pool I will be taking them to their pediatrician as it appears to be folliculitis or swimmers itch lesson learned, other than that our stay was very convenient just wouldn’t recommend to get in the pool and as well call to request cleaning service since our room wasn’t put down and we waited until afternoon after we called for it to get cleaned, by the time they did arrive we were middle of getting ready so we only got our trash taken out and new towels since we couldn’t wait.

Spacious, cozy room. Comfy Beds. Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely balcony with river view. Easy access to riverwalk. Room service is amazing with fresh hot food.Staff is so welcoming and helpful. Pool and pool service is awesome.

This hotel is in a great location on the Riverwalk. At check-in, the front desk was very accommodating. We needed to change our room type and we brought a pet. It was no problem at all. We parked in the parking garage across the street which was only $10 day and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. I just have 2 negatives... the cleaning staff should be a little more thorough when cleaning. My husband noticed something under the covering below the bed and it was an old eaten apple core also he found some type of gel pill (perhaps a cold medicine) lying on the floor. But the cleaning staff needs to do a better job when cleaning for the next guests. The toiletries they have for the guests seem really cheap and not quality, Omni should provide better for their guests. (I do bring my own just in case though.) :) I really hate putting this in my review, because I would stay here again and really like the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing! We reserved a single king room for our anniversary, but last minute babysitter bail we needed a two bed room. The staff immediately upgraded us to a huge premium room at no charge, gave four drink vouchers, and even brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne and cupcakes for our kids. A botched anniversary weekend quickly turned into an amazing family vacation thanks to the best customer service we’ve ever received from a hotel. Will be our go to in San Antonio. Highly recommend.

Staff and property were okay. I paid $700 for 4 days 3 nights and I seriously think I could’ve paid the same amount for something better. The hotel is mid condition , the elevators are wonky and always hot for some reason. Parking was okay, you either had the choice paying for parking across the street or valet which was $39 daily. The room service was fine but I didn’t like how I found out that they came in without my knowledge or presence. Don’t know if that’s normal but I didn’t like it. Also to put the cherry on top was that I was randomly charged $200 on my card and the front desk didn’t have a logical reason as to why I was charge. They tried to give me a bs reason as to why which I didn’t like, cause it felt like I was getting scammed or tricked so that was fun. Also this isn’t the first time cause when I was checking out I overheard another person got charged randomly as well $500, so if you do go be careful with what card you use. Other than that it was fine. 3 1/2 stars for everything
