Hotel was great, room was spotless and well appointed. Restaurant was "ok" but not much of a selection for food choices. Bar was very good, drinks were spot on and bartender was attentive. I would recommend the hotel, but would suggest going somewhere else for dinner.

Great location to walk onto the riverwalk, the Alamo and market square. Hotel has very nice common areas, elevator wait time was good. Bathroom water pressure was amazing. Bathroom amenities were included. Bed was too soft for me and the room decor gave off monastery vibes.

Nice rioms, especially with a balcony to the courtyard. Great Mexican restaurant next door, several coffee shops in close walking distance.

I got rooms for us and my brothers and their wives for an impromptu reunion and we all really enjoyed the hotel and service. The breakfast was the only thing that could be improved. It was served cold and the service took a long time.

Room was dated, maybe because we booked through a third party and got a different room. Could have been cleaner in the bathroom, only one trash can in entire room.

Beautiful hotel along the Riverwalk. The property is exceptional and the staff helpful and kind. The bar area is exceptionally nice, and often, there is live music. I have stayed here many times for both business and pleasure and always look forward to coming back.

Checkin was flawless. Had booked a riverwalk view but room wasn’t ready. Was offered a discount on a different room and free valet parking for the inconvenience. Literally took only 20 minutes to get room ready and we relaxed and had a drink while waiting. Was given a bottle of wine in the evening and a solid dinner recommendation.
