飯店的餐點，相對而言，很不錯。只是茶包選擇不多，第一天喝過的茶包不知何故，從此不再出現，只剩一種選擇。地點，對在地遊客應該不錯，有車可停，出入方便。整潔乾淨，明亮度也不錯。

First room had small roaches....on toilet, bathroom counter squashed and in bathroom drawer. Was moved to new room same size and it was clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is well maintained. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Valet parking from the nicest staff. I look forward to staying here again. Not one complaint. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was plain and bland, the shower head didn’t operate well. The restroom toilet was no better than a RV toilet. Very loud and did not flush well at all…. Will not return

good location. friendly and helpful staff.
Showers had too low water pressure, holes had too much deposit and water came out as pinpricks. Decor overall was dated, and it would have been nice if rooms had been a little cleaner.

There are plenty of updates that could be done without completely losing the old school feel. We stay in downtown San Antonio often and Sonesta seems to be on par with the previous hotel chains we've visited. The parking fee is too high for my taste, but it is in the average for that area.
