Nice hotel, lovely staff. The only criticism is the lack of tables for breakfast. We had to take ours back to our room because the space isn't big and doesnt accommodate many people.

Very friendsly and helpful staff! We especially liked the shuttle service, both from the airport and to Riverwalk and back. We used it several times. Carlos was our driver and was great!

Was great until we came back on the third night to roaches in the room. Checked out on a Saturday night and drove 9 hours back home rather than stay and be grossed out. It’s been 5 days, and the hotel manager still hasn’t contacted me.

Front desk staff were super plesant and kind. I was able to do an early check-in and park my car, which was super helpful since I was going to the convention center and parking is always horrendous. Additionally, I really liked that the plastic utensils were individually wrapped during breakfast time!
The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Our stay at this Fairfield Inn was a great one.
The staff was very friendly and that alone was a plus! The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again :)
