Close to the airport which is why we chose it. Room didn’t smell the best, but got some sleep. Biggest issue was with breakfast. After standing in line for 15min, we gave up and went out for food.

We had a great time at this hotel, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I will say it was extremely hot in the lobby and smelled of chlorine from the pool, but check in was a breeze thanks to Kimberly. We did address the stench of smoke in our room, we could never get the television to work (even after following the instructions left to Kimberly), the light in the toilet room was always flicking and lastly the beds were not the greatest, like no fluff, no bounce. It was not a good rest, but the staff made our stay wonderful. Also they offer free three mile shuttle services, so that was amazing! The pool was amazing we really enjoyed the waterfall. So all in all, it was restfully not the best, but the vibes (such as the friendliness of the staff and pool) were good.

The property is outdated , the walls are super thin! in the sense the tv wasn’t a smart tv ,the carpet is old. I had to call maintenance to fix my tv because it was missing a modem. Also needed an iron which they sent within a few hours. It should have been in the room ? Lots of issues which should have been checked by management or housekeepers. My room was fairly clean. The gym was dirty, it needed a mopping and sanitizer wipes. The front office and maintenance was kind, breakfast staff was efficient, and I did feel at ease with issue being resolved with them. Shuttle service was clean and on time , very satisfied with staff and shuttle service being a big perk.
