I reserved a room for 5 adults with 2 queenbeds and 1 queen sofa bed. When i arrived at the hotel my room was no the same. Only was 2 queen beds for 5 adults, we asked for our reservation but they only say I dont have it 😠😡

Everything was ok .. the older lady running breakfast treated my family very rude! She stood at the door with her arms folded while I made my children breakfast she even made comments about the toppings we used for pancakes . My thing is if I needed assistance I would have asked for it. We were the only black family there so it was very awkward dealing with that otherwise it was ok I won't be coming back for sure

Couch in the room had a big stain and was torn. Room didn’t have a bathtub, just a shower. Clerk said it would be another $20 to get a room with a bathtub. Light from smoke alarm flashed every minute in the dark. A/C smelled like fire at one point. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

The hotel was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average. The room never felt quite warm enough, despite attempts to turn up the heat. There are not fridges or microwaves in all rooms....it apparently depends on number of beds configured. Our truck was broken into, as was another guest's vehicle. We didn't have anything valuable inside. This isn't the hotel's fault but seems to be a common issue in the area and San Antonio in general.

I have been retired for about 5 years now so I don't travel as much as I used to. I have stayed in Hampton/Hilton properties for decades and have always found I could count on them to be clean, modern, well appointed/supplied, etc but I found my recent stay at the Hampton in San Antonio to be average at best. Not dirty, but not really all that clean either, fixtures and furnishings needed to be refreshed/remodeled. No microfridge in the room and the elevator made a lot of noise going up and down.

I have stayed in this location twice. This is one of my favorite spots to stay when in SA. The hotel is in a good area, feel safe when traveling with my sisters. Night staff Nicole, thank you for going out of your way to make us feel comfortable.
Only draw back is our room was changed from a 2queen bed with sofa bed to an ADA accesible room just because we requested a roll away bed. The room was much smaller, we had to add a second roll away, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
We adjusted but would have been more comfortable in the room we originally requested. Again, Nicole thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate us.
