Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Maintenance is lacking in this hotel. One of the two elevators was not operational. Our room bathroom had a cracked toilet seat, a sink drain that didn't work, paint pealing off of bathroom door, and a clogged with lint and dust bathroom vent fan. We did eat a nice breakfast in the lobby restaurant. The location is good with easy access to the riverwalk.

Hotel was located in a great spot. Close to the Riverwalk and 15 minute walk to the Alamo.
You can walk along the Riverwalk up to Pearl.
Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
Hotel was a bit run down and requires sprucing up.
There are 2 small elevators and 1 was out of order which sometimes created a bit of wait time.
Check-in time of 4pm is quite late.

This property is “just ok”. They missed a lot of details, but when you add them up, it made for a pretty average experience. Housekeeping refreshed the towels, but only left us with two towels. They did not replenish plastic cups or coffee cups in the room. Failed to replenish the minibar. Bedroom space was very generous but bathroom was very tight. Definitely needed updates to the bathroom. Just some lack of attention to detail, which resulted in a pretty lackluster experience. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at the luxury, off-site condo. It is very nice and an awesome location. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and supplies. Unfortunately, there were missing remotes for the TVs, one room the TV didn't work. The remotes to raise the blinds, only one had working batteries. It would have been nice to let the sun in. It was a beautiful weekend. The thermostat is set and the condo is warm. So, take fans if you are a hot sleeper. I had contacted the hotel on Friday to assure the poos would be open, as we were traveling with my granddaughters and one of the main reasons I selected the hotel for the heated pool. I was assured it would open on Saturday. I contacted the hotel on Saturday, and they apologized saying they didn't know why I was told Saturday as they had been informed on Friday it would remain closed during the weekend. I informed them about the issues with the condo. I was told that maintenance would go over, but they never did. Overall, my family had a very nice time being together and these issues were more of just an inconvenience.

This is an older hotel but they did a good job with trying to update the decor. The door stuck (as well as our neighbors) so every time we closed the door, we had to push extra hard which was noisy.
The room smelled of mildew bleach when we walked in. We took our shoes off at the door and discovered they do not mop the floors between guests because our feet and socks were black after walking in the room. This was the main reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars.The housekeeping ladies were nice.
We loved the central location and we were able to walk to the Alamo and the popular areas of the Riverwalk
One of the elevators was not in operation the week we stayed. The one elevator was also very slow. Valet service was fast. We texted them and the car would be ready by the time we got down to the lobby.
