Beautiful place. Had its very own charm and location was perfect. Staff was good and nights were quiet. This was a perfect for the girls trip. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Great distance from downtown and riverwalk area. Would love to stay again!

We stayed in the Riverwalk Suite. The room was clean, every breakfast tasted great, and the owner and staff was polite. We have visited San Antonio fo the last 8 years and stayed here. Perfect location to visit museums, bike, and restaurants.

Very old building. Needs major updating, inside and out. We were in room 1, ground floor and if you like sleeping in a very lit up room this is your room. Seriously we thought all the lights were still on after we shut them off. No way to avoid it! Breakfast was good. There was no”breakfast made to order” you got what was made. Bed was comfortable. Took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The staff (0ne woman) was very nice and accommodating. Overall not worth the money. NO free parking. The Riverwalk was half a mile from hotel. So plan on walking a lot!

We had our family get together, so having individual rooms away from the main house was perfect. The owners communicated well and a very helpful and friendly. Location was prefect for easy access to the riverwalk, but away from the busy/noisy area. Walking distance to most activities (.5 mile). Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, and nice clean bedding. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious (French toast was extra yummy). The only downside for us was the A/C was a little loud when it kicked on, and the street sweeper came through the street picking up and leaf blowing for a couple of hours after midnight (right outside our room). Overall, a great stay and definitely recommend for a B&B experience!

The Inn on the Riverwalk is my home away from home! The staff, especially Margaret, goes above and beyond to make guests feel like they’re staying with family. And the location couldn’t be better…It’s central to everything downtown! Plus, they have their own access to the riverwalk, so it’s a runner/walker’s dream!

We stayed in The Conception Room. Beds and pillows were very soft ,room was clean, very quite. People were easy to work with and very nice. It is close enough to walk where ever we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again. Great that we park our car in their parking lot before check in and go walk around.

Amazing location, thoughtful service! I moved locations after my first hotel choice was not feeling safe or clean. The Inn on the Riverwalk was outstanding in every way. Fresh breakfast in the morning, coffee available all day, engaging hosts. The location could not have been better, love the old school charm of the house, especially the balcony for some relaxing work time! I will be back!
