The Central Heating/AC is set on an energy efficient schedule, please do not ask me to lower the thermostat to 60 degrees. They have said that the unit will not work more than 20 degrees less than the outside temperature. It’s just what it is. So please, please, please be mindful when booking. In the summer evenings and night it does go cooler. But please understand, this is an old house. The house does have another unit, but your house is private and unshared. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room behind unit. If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night. Absolutely no glitter, smoking, or burning incense in the house. If we find evidence of any of these things, you will be charged a $100 additional cleaning fee. We are not pet friendly, therefore NO PETS allowed. If you violate this you will be charged an additional $200 pet violation fine and be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds.
