The hotel is clean and a with nice sea view, but other than that, not a warm welcome. Staff either stressed or bored. The rooms are basic for the price, separated beds with worn out mattresses. No towel service available, which is weird for a beach hotel. Not a towel for sale anywhere near. The beach is nice, but at a dead part of the promenade. The nicer part is the next town, at half an hour walking distance.

A great place to stay, with an amazing position on the beach. Nice smart rooms, very comfy beds, sea view balcony covers the vista of the whole bay. Super choice breakfast, excellent restaurant at reasonable prices, staff in reception, restaurant, room maids all attentive and eager to help. A superb hotel, good wifi, safe etc everything you could expect but at a reasonable price. Will return.

The hotel is situated along the beach front and in a great location for bars, restaurants. Our bedroom whilst bijou appeared freshly painted and clean, the shower/toilet likewise. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a reasonable selection of food choices for breakfast, sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was completely self service, choose your table, grab your placemat napkin, cutlery etc. Noone removed any used dishes from the tables, at least during the time we were there. Whilst the pool was clean, there were no cushions on any of the chairs or beds in the adults only area and the jacuzzi had some sort of algae/ larvae all over it. Maybe because it is early in the season, there was no poolside bar, just a drinks machine that was out of order. There was noone at the bar to obtain a coffee from and its advisable to book lunch and/or dinner as we were turned away twice. Staff were polite and helpful when you could find them. Gated Parking was free if you booked direct with the hotel, situated approx 400 metres away. .

Nice hotel, very clean and nice room. Friendly and helpful people working there. Very well situated across the street from the beach. I certainly recommend this place. Breakfast buffet was good. They also have some very nice pool and nice backyard

Been visiting this hotel for years, just love everything about it. Location, seaview, staff, excellent standard of accommodation. Parking available, restaurants everywhere, stop off on way to & back fron costa blanca. Just wish they were open all year round

The hotel was clean, quiet, helpful and efficient. The restaurant and bar were nice. The only problem was the high price of using the indoor pool.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach. It has a good breakfast buffet (included) and a nice bar, with seating both inside and outside. The facilities are in good condition, very clean. Our room was fairly small, but fine. The bed is not a double; it is two singles pushed together (very common in Europe). They have a parking garage for five euros a day, but at this time of year (end of September), we parked free on the street. The hotel offers a program where you can delay checkout until 4 PM, or 6 PM, or 8 PM, for a reasonable extra charge. I would recommend this hotel.
