Booked a 2 night stay at this place as it was the nearest to the University available. Checkin was fine on Friday night. I provided my ID and debit card and signed all papers needed. Saturday around 2 PM we heard a knock on the door but wasn't sure if it was for us. My husband and I were getting dressed as our daughter was in the restroom getting ready. Knock #2, I asked my daughter to see who it was as we werent expecting anyone. Before my daughter could unlock the 2 safety locks, our door opened from the outside in. Management saying we did not pay and would need to leave. I got dressed, went down to the front desk. Announced my presence a few times and hear a lady coming around the corner rudely say i can hear you and see you on the camera. I asked what the problem was. She said she needed payment in which i explained I'd already paid online. At check in, my card wasn't put on file for INCIDENTAL. I told her I didnt appreciate someone barging into our room when we weren't fully clothed in which she said "it was me Im the manager and I can go into any room that I want to" i told her it was not warranted. She argued with me that it was her right. We are owed PRIVACY in which she had zero regard, all for a mistake at check in. Following day at 1142 she comes knocking on the door again! We requested 1145 check out. She asked if we were leaving, then proceeded to apologize for the day before but still argued that what she did was acceptable. Terrible!
