The Property is located about a block of the historic district. Very walkable to the downtown area. The river walk is also right there. The rooms were very clean but a little dated. I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday with easy check in and out. I did not get fresh towels until Saturday, The beds were never made. Maybe it isn't that kind of place, Breakfast was the same every day except the weekend. The knats were unbelievable

I only rated 1 * because 0 star isnt even an option. This place is an absolute dump and I recommend nobody stay here. The owner is a creep, stood in front of my room with another man standing there staring into our room we had to close the curtains because it was so creepy. Also, beware of hidden charges at this moldy rotten hotel! The floors I don’t think have ever been cleaned so be prepared to wear shoes in your room or else the bottom of y’all’s feet will be black!

The playground and pool area is great for kids. Good breakfast with extras on weekends. Owner says more upgrades are coming...

Maybe it was just our room but we were extremely disappointed… The shower was leaking and was dripping all night along with the long dark hairs that were stuck to the tub, there was a mysterious puddle in the bathroom that looked like it was coming from the toilet. Both beds had hair in the sheets and the mini fridge literally smelled like something had died in it. My husband asked if we could switch to another room but were told it was completely booked up. We ended up having to book a room at a different place and eat the cost for this place because I couldn’t let my baby sleep in that room. I know they say they are renovating so hopefully things turn around! It is a fun and funky layout and would like to see it again in better shape one day.

They do try really hard, but this property is ran down, the carpets need cleaned they stink in our crusty when you walk on . You can see a light when you’re inside and outside room. Like an old Motel 6. Their prices are way too high. I don’t think I wouldn’t have been so mad if I hadn’t paid the same price that I would have paid for a Hilton room in Dallas paid almost 170 a night and then they took out $40 for incidentals that didn’t come back on my card.

It was bad since arrival, I asked for a 1st floor room as my wife recently had a knee replaced and was using a walker, their response was, "you can walk back to the elevator and than you can walk around to the others side of the hotel to the room". My wife decided to try stairs, felt a few step easier than waking ask the other way. Once we got to the room, the room was a mess. When I called, I was told, the maintenance man just called and told us the room was not ready". The lady at the counter asked me to come for a new key, however, I told her that I was helping my wife and asked her to bring the key. This was a pretty bad stay and I travel a lot. I felt they were very inconsiderate and poorly prepared. I should have known this, as there was a client on the phone complaining to them for having overcharged her credit card. First and last time I stay here. My wife and I do come to visit out granddaughter, and my wife made the sacrifice because our granddaughter was graduating. P.S. I would have given a 0 star but it was not an option. This was not a handy-cap friendly place, at least not the clerks.
I'm also disappointed with *******. I thought ******* would research, explore or review the hotels.

Showed up a little after 3pm and they didnt have the room ready and said it would be about an hour. Left and then called at almost 6 to make sure that the room was ready before heading back and it still wasn't ready. Told the GM that i would call back in 15 and if it wasn't ready I was canceling and going somewhere else. Was told the room would be ready when I got there. Not the most comfortable beds but the room was clean and the pool area is really nice.
