The experience started off bad when we discovered the number of stairs in the hotel, which are not shown in the photos, and there is no elevator. The water in all the showers in the rooms is cold, and my 3-year-old daughter even cried when she took a shower. The receptionists are extremely rude and not very helpful. But the worst of all was that they threw us into a room we hadn't booked. We went from the literally "deluxe" room, which according to them was even more expensive, to the "trash" room. The receptionist gave us the excuse that the plumbing was clogged, etc., but it was a lie. Our room was occupied and we only found out because my mother and sister were staying on the floor we were going to stay on and confirmed that the room was occupied. There were no beach towels available for all the guests, the furniture was old, the room had no soundproofing, and the beach in front of us at night has very loud music and a lot of shouting and people seen in front of us. Not to mention the absurdity that they want to charge extra. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

I can only praise its central location and oceanfront location. The first problem with this accommodation is that it's not a hotel; it's much more like a hostel. The second problem is that it doesn't have hot water. The third problem is that the water in the rooms isn't drinkable. The rooms that don't face the ocean are very similar to a lined container that opens onto an internal courtyard where all the air conditioning motors are located. The power went out almost every day. Terrible experience.

Very good hotel, excellent value for money. I went there thinking there wouldn't be any hot water, but there was most of the time. It's close to everything and very clean and organized. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. The only downside was the excessive noise because it's right on the Spratt Bight beach promenade. It didn't bother me, as I'm a heavy sleeper, but it did bother my parents a bit. I stayed in the family room, which was like an apartment, with two bedrooms in the same space. It was excellent, both with two very comfortable double beds.

For our stay in San Andrés we looked for a cheap hotel, when we arrived and saw it the quality-price ratio was correct. If you don't pay you can't ask for anything, but a minimum is available. The power went out for two days, which meant the air conditioning didn't work and a nice cold shower with a mini jet (for both hot and cold) and a shower door that if you go alone you stay inside the holiday, it only opened from the outside. The staff were friendly, they gave us towels to go to the beach and were very willing, before such a large number of mosquitoes in the room, to put repellent on us, which they never did. I wouldn't repeat, but we didn't pay much either.

SCAMMERS: That's what they are. I had a reservation from May 3-7, 2020. When the pandemic hit, I requested a cancellation because there were no flights to that location. However, even though it's unbelievable, on March 13, 2020, they debited my card for $364, which was the total for my stay. I complained to the hotel countless times, the person in charge was never there, and in the end, I never got a response. Not everything should be the same in that destination, but just in case, as the saying goes, "a sample is enough," I will detour and reroute my vacation to another place that offers me some guarantee against these types of SCAMMERS.

We stayed 6 days at the hotel and everything was very good. The pros: They give you towels for the beach every day. The room had a sea view and two large beds. They change bed linen and linen every other day, which is very good because going to and from the sea is quite dirty but at the same time they take care of the environment by avoiding doing it every day. Although they do not have breakfast, they have a hot and cold water dispenser, they offer tea and coffee at any time of the day at the reception. It is very very clean. The location can't be beat. If your plane leaves after check out, you can leave your bags there and even take a bath before leaving. The girls who work are all super friendly, (I think there are 4 of them) especially Sol who is at the reception and Gi who welcomed us. But really they are all very attentive and polite. The cons: The WiFi is generally bad but nothing that does not allow you to communicate. The water is not drinkable and has a lot of odor, but this is more typical of the island. The beach that the hotel exits on was full of seaweed most days but just half a block away it was already changing a lot. As they told us, it is because of the time of year that we travel. They do not deliver shampoo and rinse. The street of the hotel at night is a bit noisy because it is also located well that there are always a lot of people walking around and in Colombia it seems that they love to walk around with the speaker hanging and sharing their music. Hehe Conclusion: if you plan to go to this hotel, don't hesitate! The girls will make you very comfortable. Super super recommended!!!

On the island, the best beaches are those in the east and the hotel is located on the front line, on the city's seafront. Although it is true that at night there are many people enjoying music and drinks on the beach, who you can join, if you prefer to rest, do not request rooms with sea views. The rooms do not have hot water, but they are spacious and have a refrigerator for cool drinks. They can also request towels to go to the beach and, if you want to rent a mule to visit the island, they will make it easy for you to contact them. The staff is very friendly and always eager to please. A very good option.
