What a bad experience. Few hotels are as regular as this one. We feel deceived, assaulted in good faith. They sold us the services of a hotel with Wi-Fi, a gym, a television and it had none of that. The Wi-Fi did not enter the room, the TV was bad, the air conditioning could not be turned off. The bathrooms smelled musty. Honestly it was a ********* scam. Of course I will communicate and complain to the superintendency of industry and commerce and to Cotelco for the misleading advertising they blatantly do. If you look at the hotel's page you will see how it is promoted with services that it does not have, they do not have a pool, there is no gym, and a large part of the hotel does not have Wi-Fi. I wouldn't go back there for anything in the world

I never had staff being so confrontational with guest. This hotel should really tell staff to calm down. The aggression that I had from a member of staff is beyond. Yes, mask should be worn, yes, we all should follow the rules, but there should also be a human touch to very thing we do. We can forget words and places, but we never forget the way people make us feel. And this lady at this hotel has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome here, just because I didn’t have a face mask. IF that is so important they should provide mask at the entrance. I would actually like to forward this as a formal complaint as I never felt this unkindness from anyone when I’m Choosing to stay at this place. I feel that my second day at san Andrés now has a terrible flavour due to the behaviour of this lady Claudia Lupegui. If I could I’ll move from this hotel. Don’t stay here.

A hotel not to return and much less recommend. Thieves, they robbed us from the safe. We suffered ridicule and teasing from the staff, such as Mrs. Carolina (manager), Mrs. María (receptionist) and the head of Reception. They are used to that happening and they cover each other. No one takes responsibility if you are robbed, there is no support from the hotel and much less empathy. If you want to enjoy 100% of that beautiful island that is San Andrés, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. To be able to return only with beautiful memories and not a black mark on the vacation.

Excellent location (steps from the best beach on the Island) Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Pretty good continental breakfast. It does not have wifi in rooms only in Lobby. Ideal just for going to sleep and going out during the day. For the value, I absolutely recommend it. Nothing to reproach since it meets what was expected.
