The hotel had AC working, one night we were stifled and hot, the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty... a very bad experience... they ask for a fingerprint and put a bracelet at the time of check in and there is no water in the rooms, we had to go out to buy something and the location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood behind the airport with no shops or beach around. I felt cheated.

We were very pleased with the excellent service at Azure Loft &, the room assigned to us was very comfortable and comfortable, the bed was fabulous and clean, they cleaned and changed towels every day, and the 24-hour cafeteria service. The staff in general is very friendly and very warm. The large modern bathroom has hot water. Varied breakfasts every day. For a tourist traveling alone it is not the best option due to the price-quality ratio. They should offer at least one complimentary bottle of water in the room. Breakfast hours on the weekend should be extended to at least 10:00 AM. Breakfast could have had a greater variety of fruits. So little do they mention if they have the option of eggs to taste. Check out time should be at least noon. From the moment you hand over the room, you are not allowed to use the pool.
