The service was so disrespectful, consistently. So rude. The wifi ****** (apparently not great on the island), no hot water (apparently not great on the island), they run the AC only at night (like, its hot in the day???) and are always late turning it on. Just so lame overall. No privacy curtains like other Viajeros, shorter lockers than others... ants on the wall... I travel full time and this place ******.

The staff is the best it has. Juliana is an excellent host. Good humor and good first-hand advice to get to know the island. Norelis prepares your breakfast considering allergies. Ximena and Kelita were in charge of welcoming us with all the attention. The rest of the staff 100 points. Post checkout service the best I have ever had. Not only did they take care of our suitcases but you can also bathe and rest. Thank you young people...

The hostel with the best vibes in San Andrés!!! Our home for a few weeks, they made us feel at home!! Thanks for much love! Excellent facilities, super comfortable. The common spaces, the best place to meet people from all over the world!! Fry, Kewin and Ale, Juli, Alejandro, THANK YOU FROM THE HEART!! They made our stay a dream! Horrible, the receptionist's attention was very friendly and good. The hostel does not have an elevator, my sister and I both traveled with a 23 kg suitcase and we had a room on the third floor, so we had to carry the suitcases up the stairs. The beds only had a sheet to cover them. The area where it is located is not safe, since we went out the first night to look for something to eat and there were many drunk people on the street who came to disturb us. We only lasted one night and went to another hotel. The photos show something that really is not.
