The service was so disrespectful, consistently. So rude. The wifi ****** (apparently not great on the island), no hot water (apparently not great on the island), they run the AC only at night (like, its hot in the day???) and are always late turning it on. Just so lame overall. No privacy curtains like other Viajeros, shorter lockers than others... ants on the wall... I travel full time and this place ******.

The place was extremely old. Private room was not even worth $10. Dirty and misrepresent by pictures. Worst part BIG MOLD on the wall. It was only a bed in a space . Do not stay there at any cost.

The staff is the best it has. Juliana is an excellent host. Good humor and good first-hand advice to get to know the island. Norelis prepares your breakfast considering allergies. Ximena and Kelita were in charge of welcoming us with all the attention. The rest of the staff 100 points. Post checkout service the best I have ever had. Not only did they take care of our suitcases but you can also bathe and rest. Thank you young people...

It is well located. It has a great bar on the terrace on the top floor, good views, great breakfast, nightly show activities. It's a lively hostel. I just didn't like the dirt left in the hallways by some guests.

The hostel with the best vibes in San Andrés!!! Our home for a few weeks, they made us feel at home!! Thanks for much love! Excellent facilities, super comfortable. The common spaces, the best place to meet people from all over the world!! Fry, Kewin and Ale, Juli, Alejandro, THANK YOU FROM THE HEART!! They made our stay a dream! And Kevin's dance classes, ufffff, made our skeleton not stop moving 😅

I stayed with my friends at this property for 4 days. Overall I was satisfied, the rooms reflect the style of a hostel even if the bathroom was a little questionable with little water and a broken toilet. Excellent breakfast for 15,000 cop with sea view, it is possible to rent towels for 5,000 cop with a deposit of 10,000 on return. Good bar during the evening with dancing and where you can buy drinks. The hostel is available to organize extra activities with their contacts, such as buggy rides and boat rentals.

I couldn't rest in room 409, there is too much noise coming through the walls and windows, the poorly located lockers under the beds are made of tin and make a lot of noise when used. There is nowhere to put your wet garment. The only redeemable thing is the breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms.
