It was really dirty, my room had cockroaches, don’t reserve this hotel it’s a really waste of money. There are lot of hotels im san andres with a better price and nicer!!! On vacation doesn’t worthwhile, it’s expensive and not a good quality.

Being honest, it was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, closet either. Not 1 decoration in wall. I’ve been in many on vacation hotels and this is the complete opposite from what I’ve been in.

Basic basic basic! Smushy beds, clogged shower drain, the wifi didn't work in our room and there was no hot water. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was friendly and it was well located but those are the only positives. Would not stay here again.

Terrible, nos cambiaron la reserva del hotel sin previo aviso y nos tocó correr con el valor del traslado al otro hotel -del Toné al Tower-, además teniendo en cuenta que viajo con mis padres que son adultos mayores con dificultad para movilizarse la playa queda a mayor distancia. Por ese motivo había seleccionado el Toné qué es más cerca al mar. Por otro lado, las puertas, las tabletas de los baños, los ascensores y otros lugares del hotel se ven deteriorados, los pasillos y habitaciones huelen a humedad. El colmo que la respuesta por el cambio del hotel es que están en remodelación y la persona de atención al usuario indica que es porque no hay espacio, por lo tanto la pregunta es: de que sirve reservar. Unas vacaciones inolvidables puesto a que es mi primera vez en San Andres y el hotel tower es una maravilla ya que sus instalaciones son muy comodas su comida rica y abundante el bar muy surtido de ricos cocteles el servicio y sus empleados son exelentes, gente amable y servicial regresaria nuevamente a este hotel.

Me gustó mucho la amababilidad con la que nos atendieron a mi y a mi esposo. Nos dieron entrada al hotel apenas llegamos, lo cual nos facilitó disfrutar las actividades de la isla, ademas de eso tiene cerca el comercial.
