I didn't have a very bad experience but I have been annoyed by several details. First of all, even if I was in vacation I needed to work on the morning. The wifi is not accessible from the rooms. I had to have my meetings in the reception of the hotel. Second, even if the food at night is tasty, the portion is very small. The juices are not fresh. The person who serves dinner in the evening is not very friendly and warm. In general, the employees are not very helpful and do not pay much attention to the comfort of the customers. One morning they were just talking loudly outside of my bedroom door. Also, there is no place to dry your beach clothes, neither in the rooms nor outside. At last, there is a small shop in front of the hotel who play music from 5 pm to 11 pm. Depending on your room, it could be annoying. Positive point: The hotel is pretty clean.

The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it. The staff for the most part were very rude. Could never make breakfast because it was suppose to close at 9am, but youd be lucky to see anyone or food after 8:20am.
Never will return.

Do not recommend this hotel. No hot water in the shower, paper thin walls, no ‘free’ shuttles as listed on website, pool bar not open, not centrally located. Best thing was the front desk staff. I feel bad they had to work there.

Perfect location. Only 15 minutes walking distance from the best beach in San Andres. New, clean and great staff. Grocery store across the street and easy public transportation. Breakfast was excellent. Best value hotel in San Luis.

Perfecto!! El servicio, las instalaciones, el aseo, habitaciones hermosamente decoradas y cómodas, la tranquilidad... todo en este hotel boutique es lo que buscaba. Ideal para personas que quieren descansar en las noches sin el ruido ni la rumba del centro de la isla. Vuelvo una y mil veces. Gracias por tan buen sitio y tan excelente servicio

Hotel bom com boa estrutura. Pontos positivos: recepcionistas muito simpáticas e solicitas, quarto sempre bem limpinho e café da manhã bom. Pontos negativos: NOS ROUBARAM! Minha prima deixou dentro da mala(fechada) 250 reais escondidos na mala e deu falta logo quando sumiu, mas optamos por não julgar e procurar melhor. Não encontrou. Depois do check out e de j estarmos em outro hotel eu dei falta de um acessório meu que provavelmente acreditaram que era ouro(era apenas semi joia). Deixei em cima da bancada ao lado das minhas roupas e não me liguei que havia sumido até o momento. Outros pontos negativos é que é muito distante do centro, você será obrigado a pegar Taxi todas as vezes que precisar comer ou ir para os passeios, do hotel pro centro os táxis cobram 30mil pesos. Num geral, vale a pena mas precisa se atentar muito a questão de furtos!

Recepcionistas Marlina e Lina, muito queridas e atenciosas. Vi algumas pessoas reclamando de chuveiro quente e frigobar, nos dias em que eu fiquei tinha tudo. Ponto negativo é que fica um pouco longe do centro, mas o hotel disponibiliza um transfer para o centro de manhã e um a tarde para voltar ao hotel. O almoço e o jantar também deixam a desejar, é melhor fazer as refeições fora do hotel. Café da manhã é bom!
