The check in is at 16:00 with no exceptions (even with the rooms available). The front desk area was completed crowded at 16:00 with all the guest checking in at that day waiting. The front desk staff isn’t fast enough to accommodate everybody and guests start arguing with them. A complete mess! Breakfast: only starts at 07:30. Too late for a beach hotel and the tours usually starts at 08:00 in the pier area. Huge lines due to the COVID protocols. They should have more staff serving the guests. My room didn’t had windows. A closed box! My bathroom door wasn’t working properly. Stuck in the floor. Don’t stay at Portobello!

******* booked us into another hotel a week after it booked our tickets, so we were scrambling for a place. We were fortunate to find a room here. The breakfast was good, the staff wonderful. Only downside was that their WiFi connected, then tried to open a pop up to log on to the network. It could not figure out a MacBook, so I was reduced to my phone. Would return

The worst hotel in San Andres, shame on others that people from it are owners of what is not theirs, without being the first case of theft within it, there are thousands of hotels with better prices and quality. Not to mention the lack of empathy and kindness of the managers After the displeasure that they made us go through, they violated our privacy. Join tourism and do not hire this hotel so that together we can get this type of place that does not contribute to the island to be closed.

The experience was lousy. The room had no ventilation and a strong smell of humidity and with a view of a wall. We had to queue for breakfast every day we stayed. And the last day of stay we realized that they forced a suitcase, they blocked the key of the other one and they robbed us. And the worst of all is that the hotel did not take care of anything at all. I do not recommend it at all

excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y tiendas , buen servicio muy amables todos los trabajadores :) mantiene limpia la habitacion, buenos desayunos , la habitacion tiene refri para guardar las cositas qué compres, siempre atentos , al momento de llegar te guardan el equipaje si aun no es tu check in.

Excelente habitaciones, las mantienen limpias y todos los días te cambian las toallas. Personal muy amable y desayuno americano bueno, tienen servicio para guardar maletas a la hora de tu llegada y salida por si llegas antes de tu check in y luego del check out, la ubicación está excelente cerca de todo y de la playa. Recomendado al 100%.
