We chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.

This is the best Easter vacation we had. And this was thanks to everything about this hotel from all the people there to the food and rooms there. The Receptionist team Yoana and the rest led by the Manager Svetlana were so accommodating and seeing us with kids and as a big family were able to upgrade us. Always available. Cheff Georgi is high class and his food was just delicious and full of choices. He took care of the kids and made sure to present the food . The Hostess there Desislava and the servers were so nice and responding to all our request with no mean or grumpy faces typical for most Bulgarian restaurants. The rooms are very very clean and species and the hotel has this heavy styles with sturdy furniture that shows the high class. Has a great salt room which my little one needs. And not last the kids entertainers there Emi and Lora took such good care and made all types of fund games and events for the kids. This is our hotel from now on in Borobets and Easter there will be a tradition from now I

This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

Just to say how impressed we are with the breakfast staff, especially Halil, he is always happy to meet the guests and helps with the attending to our every need. For the only comment for the rooms would be ice to have blackout curtains and coffee and milk and water in the room for free.

The service and food are at a great level. Maybe one of the best place in Borovets with an extremely kind and professional waiter Anton. He is always kind, polite and responsive. I recommend it even just for coffee, lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is great.

Nice hotel but experience ruined by trying to charge extra for the ski storage room and taking away the water cooler at dinner time! We always bought drinks from the bar to have with dinner but the little thing of drinking water is poor for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Loved the leather sofas and traditional decor. The staff were so lovely. The breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful, every one of them. Spa was good. Room huge and good view from balcony. Very close to main slopes and lifts- 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend.
