Excellent in every way. Traditional alpine hotel in a good location where ski bus stops at front of the hotel, takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the lovely town centre. Our room was on the 1st floor with a really comfortable bed, plenty storage space, good powerful shower & clean towels whenever you required. All the staff were friendly & professional in their work. Breakfast had plenty variety for all tastes, we stayed on half board so had the evening meal every night which was a 4 course menu, no choice but if there was anything you didn't like an alternative was offered, every meal was something to look forward to, excellent in presentation & taste.

Everything is at the top: amenities, food, service, and delivered with friendliness and warmth. Perfect to enjoy the ski resort with the family: delicious breakfast with local products to get you started and nice swimming pool and spa (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna) to get a good rest after a day on the slopes. We even got massages for our tired muscles... Cocktails and dinner are amazing.

Lovely hotel, comfy rooms, welcoming staff. Breakfast was top quality and a bus right outside the hotel to take you to the grand masif. Seamless.

Simply a gorgeous hotel with wonderful hands-on proprietors. The suite was finished to perfection and had a perfect layout. The breakfast was excellent and the lounge rooms were very welcoming. It also has great facilities for a relatively small hotel.

Stopped there for 1 night during a treck across the Alps. Found a sauna, a hammam and a pool ! That was unexpected ! The owners were there and offered a warm welcome. You can feel they pay attention to maintain their premises to high hotel standards. Room was confortable as expected. We had breakfast only but it was above expectations (local products, fresh pastry, ...). It must be a perfect hotel for the ski season as well !

Wonderful Little Find. It's a must if you stay in samoens. Great location. Food is absolutely superb, almost Michelin quality. We have a Superior room which is comfortable with a large balcony and fantastic size bathroom. We would definitely book here again. It's a little gem!! Family run and staff are so lovely
