"Free upgrade to a small suite at check-in, the room is really good, the service staff is good. The only dissatisfaction is breakfast, the dining hall is very beautiful, but the breakfast is really nothing to eat, and in addition to coffee, it is basically cold, the hotel really needs to improve this."

"A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house.
We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool!
The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort.
Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff.
We will come again"

"It was a beautiful and nice hotel.
I used it to catch the Glacier Express. It's one station away from San Moritz, but it wasn't that inconvenient.
The people at the reception are friendly. There is no hair dryer in the room, but they will lend you it as soon as you go to the reception."

"The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?"

"I found this hotel to be exquisite and charming in very way. There was a nice view of the lake from my window. It seemed every detail had been thought of and everything was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. I felt very welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. Excellent Hotel in every way!! Thank you!!"

"Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service from the train station which is a plus point. The check-in was smooth & staff also provide me on the info which i would like to tour around. I also arranged my dinner with the hotel, the food is delicious except service was abit slow. Maybe due to large crowd at the restaurant.
Breakfast is simple yet delicious & included with the hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for people visiting St. Moritz."

"I'm so satisfied. It's definitely a cost-effective choice in St. Moritz. The hotel is very small and right in the center of the town. When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season."
