The hotel is in a good location and the service staff is very friendly, but the hotel facilities are really bad. I didn't look carefully at the room I booked online, and it turned out that there was no private bathroom, so I changed the room to love story. The price of this room on Ctrip was 160, which was 30 yuan more than what I booked. The owner added 1,300 pesos, doubling the price, saying that this was their walk-in price. What's annoying is that there is no hot water in the room, and the water heater is broken!
