Amenities in the hotel is excellent. One vegetarian resturant is attached to the hotel n the food and services are very very good. However, you are agency charging higher rentals then prevailing at hotel. Please desist from such unethical business codes.

Actually there was no basic things in bathroom like soap/handwash and also no towel. Mattress looks not cleaned from many years and also I would not recommend to book in this hotel if you want hygiene env.

The manager was very rude and did not let us enter the room. The rooms were not cleaned and the bathroom was dirty as well.

Completely disappointed with Make My Trip the price charged is much higher than the actual price of the rooms, as a very different amount was displayed on the reception desk of the Hotel I was charged higher than that . As described in the booking page I thought I had booked AC rooms but after I booked and paid the full payment my booking voucher showed that they are non AC rooms. I am not blaming the Hotel for this,I feel betrayed by MMT instead as I rely on you for my trips to unknown places.

Service is pathetic, no hot water in bathrooms. You would need to go out in the corridor for collecting it yourself in a bucket, people are freely smoking in the staircase and corridors

Found this property. Rooms are satisfactory but not up to the mark. Easily approachable location. Staff behaviour was good in my room there was no geyser that was disappointing.There is a restaurant named Preeti restaurant I would really appreciate its food quality. Over-all a good stay.

Third class service. I booked room for 3 person. But they don't have 3 person room. They provided a double bed room and ask us to adjust. When we deny then they gave a matress and a bedsheet to sleep on ground. Room is also looking very poor, inlay cigarette smell is everywhere. Bathroom is also not cleaned. My question is that, if you don't have any proper 3 person room then why you take bookings of 3 person.
