I stayed 1 night at this hotel, as part of a business trip. It was very peaceful and scenic. The room as spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was cordial. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of charcuterie, pastries, the usual eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotel is situated on top of a mountain that makes the views stunning. Big fireplace in the lounge area is very welcoming. I do agree the hotel needs some maintenance in the rooms, as there is some wear and there.

An amazing Spa hotel in a very quite secluded location, in an elevated position with a fantastic outside pool and an inside pool with jacuzzi , sauna and steam rooms. We stayed for just one night and our evening meal was very good , as was breakfast . The staff were very attentive and helpful . We would definitely recommend and return again .

Hotel with a lot of potential, but they don't know how to take advantage of it. Since it is a hotel on the top of the mountain, it is quite windy, which makes it impossible to take advantage of the outdoor pool … the hotel should find a way to solve this problem so that people can enjoy the outside. It is a hotel with a spa, however for them the spa is just an indoor heated pool with jets since to enjoy the Turkish bath and sauna you have to pay 10€ per person … It was the first time that I was asked for something similar in a hotel with spa… Not everything was bad, as the hotel has incredible views and the breakfast is also good.

Cheguei hoje deste hotel , infelizmente venho muito desiludida 1 um quarto novo ,grande espaçoso,moderno até ai tudo bem Estava muito frio inclusive a nevar lá o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava ,o quarto estava congelado , dormimos com pijamas e fatos de treino por cima e mesmo assim não se aguentava o frio A funcionária muito atenciosa trouxe nos um aquecedor infelizmente não funcionava nada havia mais a fazer porque o hotel estava cheio O jantar muito bom ... Pequeno almoço muito muito fraco a 1hora ainda de passar a hora o pão acabou não puseram,bolos o mesmo ,ovos mexidos e bacon frios completamente ... Zona da piscina fria Corredores para os quartos com uma temperatura boa o resto do hotel um gelo Para nosso espanto nem um secador tinham no quarto Liguei com a recepção trouxeram um secador tão velho tão velho que não funcionava mais de 1minuto e desligava se e não ligava novamente Com uma criança não foi fácil gerir tudo isto,muito complicado Muito muito desiludida para um hotel 4 estrelas nem um 2 estrelas é tão mau Choro o dinheiro que lá deixei ....

Muito mau para um 4*. Desde a falta de manutenção e desleixo: Fios à vista no quarto, parede riscada, Acabamentos péssimos, Mobiliário antigo e estragado, portas perras, caixotes do lixo ferrugentos e sem pedal, lençóis remendados, roupões routos, armários com as gavetas partidas, falta de azulejos, etc... O quarto tinha uma mini televisão e não tinha canais por cabo como era anunciado, a água do banho apenas estava morna, nunca aquecia realmente. O que mais me surpreendeu pela negativa foi a falta de limpeza e higiene: vidros completamente sujos, existia um armário a caminho do spa com moscas mortas dentro, alcatifa cheia de manchas, pó nas cabeceiras, juntas na casa de banho complemente PRETAS de tanta sujidade, as espreguiçadeiras do spa estavam pretas. O jantar no restaurante estava bom. A vista do hotel é de cortar a respiração, infelizmente este ponto positivo não supera de todo tudo o que existe de negativo.

Bem, senti necessidade de deixar uma avaliação , porque não revi o hotel em muitos dos comentários que li antes de ir, dos quais me deixou com algum receio na minha estadia... ok que para um 4* tem algumas arestas a limar , mas algo longe da desvalorização por aqui mencionada ... hotel super tranquilo e limpo , vistas fantásticas , natureza pura , staff tudo impecável , o jantar estava do meu agrado (polvo e bife), não acho que tenha muitos pontos negativos a apontar ... sem dúvida que no verão deve ter mais para usufruir cá , mas gostei ... tendo em conta a reação qualidade/preço ...

Ora bem, nem sei por onde começar. Se calhar pelas coisas boas: O Staff é simpático e sempre disponível e acessível. A parte pior, o Hotel está degradado e a precisar de obras. Suportes de roupa e papel higiénico cheios de ferrugem, roupões muito gastos e rasgados. Janelas que deixam passar vento e frio (o que valeu foi o AC que esteve sempre ligado). O pior de tudo, o jantar que tivemos nas instalações. Primeiro as entradas de presunto, vinham ainda com algum do plástico que divide as fatias, depois disseram que o prato de bacalhau demorava 40 minutos e que javali já não havia, (um de nós optou por alheira de bacalhau, que entretanto também vieram dizer que já não tinham). Depois esperamos por 2 bifes (tipo sola de sapato e batatas fritas ensopadas em óleo), uma sopa e um prato de salmão grelhado (Muito passado e seco), cerca de 1h.20m, sim 80 minutos, para chegar meio frio e não conseguirmos comer. Reclamamos mas o tempo de espera seria o mesmo e por isso desistimos de pedir mais alguma coisa. Não houve ninguém a assumir a responsabilidade e muito menos vir à mesa para falar connosco, a não ser a funcionária que servia à mesa (sozinha) e que teria a menor culpa no meio disto tudo. Em suma, uma muito má experiência neste hotel e a não repetir. De todo não é um hotel 4 estrelas

Hotel com condições reduzidas para ser considerado um hotel de 4 estrelas. Ambientes comuns bem zelados e uma vista fantástica! Quanto ao quarto, estava em mau estado, nada aconchegante, wc com chapa na lateral da banheira. Para não falar que ouvia-se tudo no que toca a barulhos de corredores, a porta do quarto com imensa folga que abanava com o vento que estava. A solução foi colocar uma cadeira contra a porta para minimizar o abanar da porta. Hotel a precisar de uma remodelação bem grande para se modernizar!
