Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

The hotel is very nice, with a great environment. You can directly see the canal in the park and the light show at night. The facilities should be the best among the hotels I have stayed in Samarkand so far. There is no need for conversion plugs, and there is also a capsule coffee machine in the room. The service is generally good. Because the room type I booked is out of stock, I was upgraded to a suite. It’s just that the front desk didn’t handle it well during peak hours, the check-in time for guests was too long, and the room was not cleaned in time, and the water was not replenished in time, so I didn’t give it a full score. I hope it can be improved. The restaurant service is good, the dishes are also very good, and there are many choices. I haven’t experienced other things yet. I hope to come again next time!

Excellent hotel, clean, beautiful. Every little thing for the convenience of guests is thought out: from slippers to hair ties. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Also downstairs there is a beer restaurant with delicious cocktails and amazing cheese soup, open 24/7. And the cherry on the cake is a magnificent view of the highway from the room!
