Amazing hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day. Delicious Asian breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff and owners. Comfortable bed. Heated floors in the bathroom. Ideally located, with a terrace overlooking Gur-Emir. Feels like home. Will definitely recommend.

Our entry and check-in process was recorded by a videographer without our permission. This is unacceptable and even an offence. On objection we were told the clippings would be deleted, but who knows! The rooms are basic, decent for the cheap price, but not comfortable. Beds are creaky, upholstery is gaudy. Housekeeping is pretty shoddy. They do not replenish toiletries or provide water in rooms or replace used glasses. We had to ask them several times for water and carry bottles back to our rooms. There are no elevators so to drag a heavy suitcase all by yourself is a challenge. Of course the staff did not help us, but were happy to help the other 'white' customers. This is one thing we (brown-skinned) faced throughout our travel through Uzbekistan. The only saving grace is the breakfast spread. This family-run place is suitable only if you are travelling light and on a budget, and can ignore cold behaviour.

A little paradise, in the center of Samarkand. Amazing location, professional guide available. Great people, available and honest. Clean rooms, breakfast ok with sweet and salty food. Good experience, suggested for tourism and business.

Everything is cozy, comfortable! Breakfasts are very varied and ta-dam the view from the dining room 😍😍😍😍 of the Guri Mir ensemble! This is something! Delight and nothing more! The hotel is located next to the ensemble! For this alone I will give 5+ Polite staff, cozy courtyard with fruit trees and a national tapchan!

The Dilshoda Hotel is located directly opposite the Tamerlane Mausoleum, offering a wonderful opportunity to visit it at night, when it is beautifully lit, and is just a short walk away. The hotel is simple and family-run. Past the reception, you enter a large courtyard where a buffet breakfast is served in the morning. Upstairs, a long balcony runs along the rooms, which are spacious and well-furnished. The buffet breakfast, however, is not very varied and we have found better in other hotels in Uzbekistan. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

This B&B (hotel in fact) is very well located, right next to the mausoleum of Tamerlane and 15 minutes from Registan. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The rooms are not very big, and the bedding a little hard!!! The breakfast is the best we had in Uzbekistan.
