The hotel is located in the New City of Samarkand, about 15 minutes' drive from the train station and the airport. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, quiet and hygienic, the staff are warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich in variety. It is worth staying!

Very good, the hotel is new and very cost-effective. There is a swimming pool in the basement of the hotel, which is very crowded and you can swim freely. There are many types of breakfast, and the front desk staff are also very friendly and speak fluent English.

This hotel is 70 points overall, but it may still be the best choice in the area at this stage. I personally don't like to stay in dirty old hotels, no matter how good the location is, unless it is a chain brand or a boutique hotel. 1) The hotel is about two kilometers away from the core tourist area, and there is nothing around, but using the taxi-hailing tool Yandex Go, this distance is not a problem at all 2) The hotel is very new. The hotels I stayed in along the way all had this problem, such as the Intercontinental in Tashkent and the Mercure & Wyndham in Balaha. It seems that this country is actively developing. The room has a decoration smell, but only this hotel's windows cannot be opened. The room is not big, it's standard, it should be the normal level of the garden series 3) The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages at all, which is incredible. The hotel's wifi was paralyzed on the day of check-in, which is incredible. Without wifi, many software cannot be used, such as Google Map, and it is impossible to book train tickets through the website (later downloaded the app to solve the problem). Baidu Maps plus Beidou Positioning's peerless combination allowed me to use the built-in compass and map on my phone for some trips. I would like to add that Yandex Go and the local train ticket booking app are super easy to use and simple. I feel that some programmers in some large domestic companies can be laid off by 4/5. What kind of rubbish are they making? Even the advertising is so stupid and crazy, such as xx translation! It was a mistake not to buy a mobile phone card at Tashkent Airport and continue to use mobile data. 4) The hotel's food is good, and all three meals a day are very good. I especially recommend their naan, the kind without other seasonings, which is absolutely amazing, and the aroma of the food itself makes people miss it! The steamed buns are also good, and the beef noodles seem to be a little different from ours. Of course, it’s not that one is better, it’s just a matter of habit and taste. The chef cooks on the spot, and you can see it! 5) The hotel spa is very cheap, but I didn’t book it, so it’s hard to comment. But at this price, you shouldn’t be cheated or fooled. There is an ATM, and it’s very convenient to withdraw cash. 6) The hotel front desk has information about third-party suppliers. If you go to Shahrisabz, the price may be at least 6-7 times more expensive than taking a taxi by yourself, but the vehicles will definitely be different. I took a shabby taxi driven by a guy back and forth, listening to the intense music, and felt pretty good! The road was better than the scenic spot itself. 7) The reason why I gave 70 points is that I have to look at the opponent, and the others may not pass. Among them, 1) I went to see the Mövenpick Hotel Samarkand. The old hotel was renovated, the exterior was great, and the interior was terrible. I didn’t even want to drink a glass of water; 2) The Hoya Hotel is about 20 kilometers away from the scenic spot. I don’t know what’s going on with the 10 kilometers shown on the Internet? It’s really too far. The local roads are not that good, so 20 kilometers may be farther than you think. Tashkent InterContinental was booked directly on the official website, so I can’t comment. In short, I feel that Uzbekistan is a young and vibrant country. Although it is not rich, it is clean, decent, and stylish. The development of this country in the future may not be bad. It also has good relations with China. Next to the Samarkand Catholic Church is our Confucius Institute. I also saw an exhibition of the Silk Road nearby. I guess we also sponsored it. If you spend more time on local guides or destination introductions, it can perfectly replace apps like Qyer and Trip Advisor. Qyer has become increasingly inferior since it was called Qyer. It used to be very good! Qyer is not only getting less and less useful, but many of the information is wrong or not updated (including Qyer Tips). It also learned from Xiaohongshu, with hundreds of pictures in one post. Only a very stupid person would think of this! Most tourists are just sightseeing and need simple and practical information. Now many so-called guides are just a diary of personal itineraries plus a bunch of photos. There is nothing special to learn from. It's like taking two noodles out of a bucket of water.
