We stayed here one night, and that was more than enough. We're not quite sure how this hotel is rated 5 stars. Very uncomfortable bed, no bidet, and breakfast was not great. The room had a safe - but it didn't function. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast, so plenty of waiting was going on, and the seating there was odd and uncomfortable - a lot of couches, not at the right height for the tables. In our room, the tub leaked out all over the floor (from under the tub) when we showered, and we heard that this happened in other rooms as well. The "conditioner" they gave us seemed to be something else - didn't work as conditioner. We've stayed in hotels around the world from 1 to 5 stars, and would put this at a 3. I'd look elsewhere in Samarkand.

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The location is not the greatest, but no more than 10 minutes walk to a street with lots of restaurants. Our room was clean and nice and bright. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good. There was a mini fridge in the room. The TV was a disappointment (not working well). Breakfast was OK.

They dont have room service as advertised. The bed is very hard. Reception is rude.Azerbaycandan gelen qonaqlar, maraqlanın gelin.. Bunlar servis nedir bilmirler ancaq dollar demeyi bilirler..Ona gore oteller bom bowdu. Menyu qoyublar otaga yandex go dan sifarıs verirler. Coreyi marketden alirlar. Good location in quiet street but not too far from main attractions. Well lit foyer. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Dinner available until midnight. Small pool and sauna. Spacious rooms with good plugs. Bathrooms well equipped. Good feel hotel.

This is a very nice modern hotel which is quite new. The pool is spectacular and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. Place has a high recommendation from someone who is highly critical of most hotels

Very nice hotel, clean and organized , according to prices it’s acceptable, good location, very friendly people and helpful, bathrooms are not to upgrade but very clean very good size room and nice facilities for a hotel on its ranking. I like it

It's all been said before really. Very modern, new, clean, comfortable hotel. We had a large room with a large shower (no bath) and loads of hot water. Breakfast was OK but get there early for the best choice. We ate breakfast outside on the terracewhich was very pleasant. There was no English news on the TV (which didn't really matter to us). Also no ATM. Som or dollars preferred.
