Large room but reasonably bare, overlooking road. Bed mattress and pillows were terribly terribly stiff and old truly need urgent change for a suite at 76 USD per night. Room was far too hot and breakfast was rather basic - no buffet a few items pre placed on table including a boiled egg. No a la carte options. Rather sleepy reception was absent on checkout and didn't have basic USD change, entry reception was underwhelming. Conclusion restaurant experience is much better than the hotel stay not particularly recommended and better locations definately available

The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with local ingredients. Every dish we tried at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, showcasing the best flavors of Uzbek cuisine. The location is ideal, allowing easy access to the city’s iconic landmarks while offering a peaceful escape from the bustling streets. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel at home. I have visited your business and it was pretty good and enjoyable for me . I do recommend for everyone to visit your restaurant and hotel . The meals were very tasty and mouthwatering . When i comes to the service , everything was on time and well done . Thanks a bunch )

If I could rate negative stars, I would! I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights directly on their official website 12 days in advance. At 2:00pm the day before we would arrive in Samarkand, Platan hotel canceled my reservations without explanation. AVOID THIS HOTEL. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will strand you without a hotel the day before you arrive. AVOID!
