Host were nice. Place was well located, 5 minutes walking from Registan.
Twin room had good space, as well as bathroom.
They even had free transfer to train station. And 2 of the host could speak english, which helps a lot. 10/10

It's about a 15-minute walk to Registan Square and about 7 minutes to the mini shops. It's located in a residential area deep within the old town.
The courtyard is pleasant, and you can feel the breeze from the terrace seats. Breakfast is served individually, and they provide a generous portion of fruit.
You take off your shoes in the hallway. I stayed for four nights, and the room was cleaned and towels changed on the third day.
There are toothbrushes in the room, but no cups.
The air conditioning works well. The shower room has a comfortable temperature and good water flow.
On my way back, I checked out and the owner arranged for me to take me to the train station free of charge.
The owner's eldest son is friendly and willing to talk to me in English.

The courtyard is amazing. They arranged a free taxi from the hotel to the station. They don't clean the rooms and don't change towels unless you ask, but the owner and everyone else are friendly and helpful.

Small family run hotel with very good & helpful staff, very near main tourist sites bar Sam craft pub& some restaurants esp Shokhrukh Nur. For pub street & more restaurants area Movenpick near Timur's mausoleum better option. But Seasons ok for these if weather clear.
