Among the hotels on our tour in Uzbekistan, this is the one where we had the worst experience. It is an old, very sad hotel, from the same Asia chain as the one in Bukhara which however was of a different category. The only positive side: the optimal location adjacent to the pedestrian area, 5 minutes from the Registan. For the rest, as already underlined by other visitors, the hotels are characterized by unadorned rooms, not aesthetically attractive. Our two rooms, at our request, faced the internal courtyard and were therefore very quiet. The bathrooms are decidedly outdated. The air conditioner split didn't work, it locked out after two/three minutes. The breakfast is a little richer than in other places, but always with a very limited offer; for my celiac wife some products, especially eggs, fruit and a bit of cheese (like everywhere to be honest...). Aside from the location, I would recommend looking for an alternative (and while walking we saw several other hotels adjacent to the pedestrian area).
