AC did not work properly and 1 day the staff simply turned it off. This is NOT a luxury hotel. Breakfast is not up to luxury standards. May be OK if you are a Central Asian business person. If AC worked it would be an adequate 3 star hotel. Physically the room and bathroom were OK, but without AC, it was not OK. Poor front desk staff attitude who either did not speak English, or more likely, pretended not to. Lower level staff were fine but, understandably, did not speak English which is totally OK. At a luxury hotel in a major international destination, front desk staff should speak English.

Very high quality in everything, rooms spacious and nicely furnished, immaculate, clean, comfortable, good wifi, staff helpful, only drawback that it's some distance from the tourist highlights, so taking a taxi necessary but they are dirt cheap

Perfect location for people, traveling by early morning train. Only few minutes bu taxi from railway station (approximely 3 km). The same distance to city centre. Silent, clean, cosy and comfortable rooms. Some has balconies. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception and in european cuisine restaurant on the ground floor. As for me, It's realy nice hotel with a small pool.

very new hotel lots of security men in reception who thought it was beneath them to help with case to the room mine was passed around to all different rooms they cant understand english the majority of staff the feeling in the reception was being in Russia the way the men walked around i disliked it beautifully decorated hotel and nice pool If you have a room near the pool or above the conference room there are frequent weddings the noise coming from that area from 15.00 through to 21.00 was dreadful I complained they said they had no more rooms but i got my tour guide involved who spoke the language to move me. The food and drinks are expensive The fact that waiters cannot understand you or the front desk I asked how much were two Coco colas were as i need to pay ? 3 people did not understand me so i walked away It needs to become familiar with European people not friendly but great decor and roos

An excellent hotel. Cannot evaluate its location as I was taken to and from it by car, but the hotel itself is top notch. Rooms are clean, very comfortable, well-stocked with everything I want in a hotel room. The hotel's personnel is welcoming and helpful. Got a problem with a window, told the staff at the reception about it as I was heading out, when I got back a few hours later everything was fixed. Breakfast offers a large selection of foods, from traditional ones you can find throughout the world (sausage, eggs, etc.) to the local staples. Make sure to try their puff pastry somsa (samsa, samosa), it's absolutely out of this world. The hotel's restaurant offers great food and prompt service. It was an excellent stay, would come again.

Nice and friendly staff. Room was very good. Reception was helpful, adjoining restaurant serves good food. Road noise at night is a bother. I think they can have replace existing ones with thicker/multi layered windows facing the road so it can get quieter
