AYNIY Hotel

New hotel - less than a year of construction. We rate it 4+, although there are many things that could be improved. I'll say right away that we were there in early January and it was below zero outside, it's quite possible that you won't notice some of the problems when it's warm: 1) there was no hot water one morning. It doesn't come right away anyway, but here it didn't come 2). The shower holder is installed at a height of more than 2 meters. Children can't reach it. 3) the cleaning needs work - some dirty rug from the hallway was put in the bathroom. It was very strange - they rolled it up and put it out of sight. In general, the cleaning is not very good. For example, they didn't throw out the overflowing trash can. 4) you have to come to breakfast in a jacket and hat. It's very cold. For some reason, the air conditioner is set to 16 degrees and blows on the whole room. The staff (cooks) are also in jackets In any case, all this can be fixed, and when it's warm, I think, apart from cleaning, the rest will not be noticeable. Who cares - our room had a very small window very high up. Also a strange decision - see photo

清掃員の窃盗未遂がありました。 一度外出し、ロビーでタクシーを待っていたところ、忘れ物に気づき部屋に戻ったら、清掃員の女性がデスクの上に置いてあった私のポーチを開けて物色しているところに出会しました。清掃用具も何も持ち込んでおらず、部屋の電気もつけてなかったため、確実に窃盗目的で入ったと思います。部屋を出た際、その清掃員と挨拶したので、不在なのを確認して入ったことになります。 幸い貴重品は持ち歩いていたため被害はありませんでしたが、私物に触られていたのも気持ちが悪いし、あの時部屋に戻らなかったらと思うと貴重品でないとは言え何か盗られていたかもしれないので、恐ろしいです。 フロントにすぐ伝えたら、即座にその清掃員はホテルを去るように命じてくれ、最終日の空港タクシーを無料で手配してくれました。 フロントの方の対応が良かったのと、その他の設備やホテル自体はきれいだったので最低評価は避けますが、このような清掃員を雇うのはやめていただきたいです。 また、宿泊者は貴重品の管理と、外出するときは全ての荷物をスーツケースにしまい、鍵をかけることをおすすめします。
