The hotel is well located at reasonable distance from the Registon complex. The rooms are modern and clean. Please note it is a dry (no alcohol) hotel.

I like this hotel very much. It's clean and tidy, the hotel service is attentive, and the rooms are large and bright. According to the front desk, it was the first hotel in Samarkand in the former Soviet Union, but it will be completely renovated in 2022. The hotel garden is very beautiful. The hardware and software are very good, and the front desk and room service are very friendly. It’s 1km to Timur’s Mausoleum and 2km to Registan. The surrounding environment is very good, with large parks, towering trees and many former Tsarist Russian and Soviet buildings.

Zarafshon, it took me a long time to find out that this is the Uzbek name of a river. The hotel building is very European-style, the management is also European-style, and the breakfast is great!

Nice hotel, restaurant open until 22.00 (food is delicious). There is no bar (as it is a halal hotel). Breakfast is good and varied. The team is very kind, attentive and responsive. The only thing that was confusing, of course, was that the pool was not working (they don’t write about this on the website), although it was already 26-28 degrees outside. Therefore, if you are traveling to Samarakand and wanted to buy, it’s better to fly in May, then everything will work.

Everything else is very good, except that the furniture in the room is too new and has a bit of a smell. In addition, there is heavy traffic along the street, so sleeping with the window open is not possible.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As for the service, I put a plate asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back at noon, it was still not cleaned. The balcony of the Jr suite room was very large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. However, alcohol is not served, so it is not suitable for those who want to drink alcohol during meals. Overall satisfied as a 4 star hotel.
