I booked two rooms, the rooms were very good, but later because I felt a little cold, they helped me change rooms on the second night. Thank you very much, the service was very good, there was a very beautiful girl at the front desk, who was always helping us coordinate the room issues, and we also booked a Turkish bath, a big pool and a steam room. The room is small, the bed is small (is there a 1.2m one?) The bathroom is small, the toilet is the most basic one, and there is not even a toilet seat lid that can be lowered! The bathroom toiletries, bath liquids, and soaps are packaged roughly, and are three-no products. The bath towels are small and very hard! It does not meet the 4-star standard at all!
The building we stayed in had no elevator! It's really confusing - how did it get 4 stars! Is it because of the swimming pool and Turkish bath? We did not experience these two items and cannot comment on them.

The location is excellent, very close to the main scenic spots and within walking distance. The room was very nice, clean and large enough. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good and he can communicate in English smoothly. Assist in booking taxi transfers and purchasing train tickets.
