Hotel looks neat and clean. We are here with a travel organization. The breakfast here is al la carte, and you can choose from 3 dishes. I need a good breakfast with as little sugar as possible. They start with fruit and squeezed orange. This is one big sugar bomb. Then you get 1 toasted sandwich with scrambled egg, and a cup of rice with beans. coffee and tea is also included in the menu. I asked for some extra pancakes and/or white bread, and then you have to pay extra. Now I have money for this, but the menu is very little for a person who burns 3 to 4 thousand calories. While in other hotels, you can get anything you want to eat. I will pass this on to the travel organization, because I think this is a negative point. Paul

A perfect fit for me. Small, Quiet and Very Clean. I first met Cynthia at the front desk. She is fantastic and fun and can do it all! A short walk through a neighborhood and you’re on a scenic beach! Snorkeling was great fun. I hope to return to Hotel Sol Samara and their beach. Thanks Cynthia and Inez, ✌🏻 Molly

This hotel is great. Just a short walk to Playa Samara and a five minute drive to Play Corrilla. Town is just a 5 minute drive. Rooms were sparse but comfy. The AC was great! The staff was so kind and patient with our lack of Spanish. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and juice each morning as well as omelette, toast, and pancakes for choices. The road to get to it is very bumpy and is gravel. We were the only guests and they treated us so nicely!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sol Samara. After a bit of difficulty finding the hotel, we were checked in quickly, the room was fine, very comfortable beds, good a/c, quiet, within easy walking distance to the beautiful Samara beach. We enjoyed the little pool at the hotel, the garden area was beautiful! Breakfast was delicious as were the other meals we ate at the hotel. The staff were all super polite & friendly. We met interesting guests from several countries staying at the Sol Samara.

A bit far from the city center but a very cute and clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just yards away from the beach this hotel is great for a quiet and relaxing stay! Great working AC in the rooms as well!

While the road to the hotel was not great, that is the only negative I have about it. The rooms and property were very clean. The staff was super, wonderful and very accommodating. I ended up getting a sinus infection the last two days of my stay and the chef mothered me and upon my request made me a very delicious bowl of soup. The hotel is a five minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the local downtown area. I would highly recommend this place and most definitely would stay there again should I go back. Thank you Juan Carlos and the rest of your staff!!!

Hotel is far from the city of Samara at least 12 minutes drive. Staff does not know English and therefore cannot communicate. Upon arrival our reservation had not come through and could not communicate. Hotel room is fine in itself room has a fan and air conditioning. Bed linen is dirty on both beds blood found. We do not recommend this hotel!!
