This chain hotel is centrally located in the historic city center and the area's main attractions. 5 minutes walk to the Volga embankment. Was here during a seminar. Small and comfortable Kostroma hall with good sound. Technicians quickly connected the laptop and tuned the sound. Sufficient coffee break. Delicious lunch with salads, fish, desserts. It has a beautiful atmosphere, very spacious, wide marble stairs, fast elevators. Few parking spaces on the street, you can use the paid parking of the hotel.

простенький отель. правда, мы попали на чью то свадьбу, поэтому полночи слышали музыку. хорошо, что у нас окна выходили не на Волгу- солнце не отражалось через воду. завтраки бесплатные только для детей, взрослым надо доплачивать. в отеле есть бассейн, небольшой тренажерный зал.

Место шикарное, центр Самары, набережная, можно любоваться видами и вечером не тратиться на такси. Сотрудники ресепшена вежливые, вместо завтрака согласились сделать ланч-бокс к утреннему выезду. Есть бесплатная парковка, мест достаточно. Номер ухоженный, мебель удобная, все комфортно и вопросов не вызвало. Стоимость достаточно высокая, но на короткое время можно бронировать.

Прекрасно расположен на берегу Волги, отель чистый, красиво украшенный к праздникам. Просторные номера, по 2 разных подушки, мы заппосили второе одеяло (ночью принесли через пару минут). Персонал молодцы! А уж кухня - отдельная радость! Ресторан и кафе в отеле изумительные, завтрак - разнообразный!

Отличный большой отель со своим Спа центром, где можно вечером после прогулок расслабиться в сауне и поплавать в бассейне. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки. У нас был номер в красивым видом на волгу. Из минусов, раздельные сауны , находятся в мужской и женской раздевалке.

Добрый день! Отдыхали с мужем, с 9 по 10 сентября, 2023 года, в номере 615. В целом все понравилось, чисто и уютно. Отличный бассейн, комфортная и теплая вода, джакузи, сауна, хамам. Единственное, что омрачило-это три волоса, которые мы нашли в номере, два волоса были в ванной и один на ложке для обуви, получается, что ее не обновили. В результате, мне пришлось еще раз мыть ванну. Пожалуйста, проведите работу с персоналом, т.к мы заплатили 8500 за номер и хотелось бы, чтобы потраченные деньги полностью себя оправдали. В целом, все хорошо, надеемся приедем к Вам снова. Спасибо, с уважением, Татьяна.

Потрясающий отель в самом центре города, очень красивый вид на Волгу. Шикарные завтраки,можно заказать в номер. Очень классная спа-зона.Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Ресторан веранда в отеле просто шикарный!!! Очень вкусная еда и хороший сервис.Особенно хотелось отметить администратора Ксению, сразу видно человек очень любит свою работу, профессионал своего дела.
